1. 신체 언어의 중요성

 

Because it is usually unconscious, /

body language tends to reveal a person's true state of mind.

In any communication,/

spoken words, tone of voice, and general body language are all important.

Ideally, there will be alignment/

between words, voice, and body,/

but much communication is revealed /

by nonverbal signals.

People sometimes send double messages,/

where their words say one thing /

but their body language says the opposite.

In such situations,/

when people are unsure about someone's words /

or do not necessarily trust the person,

they tend to put more stock /

in what they see in the person's body language/

rather than accepting the words at face value.

Consequently, people have more chance /

to misunderstand one another /

in an e-mail message /

than in part of a conversation /

that happens face-to-face. etz

 

 

대개 무의식적이기 때문에/

신체 언어는 사람의 진정한 마음상태를 드러내는 경향이 있다

어떤 의사소통에서도/

말, 목소리의 어조, 그리고 일반적인 신체언어는 모두 중요하다

이상적으로는, 연결관계가 있을것이다 /

말, 목소리 그리고 몸짓 사이에는,/

하지만, 더 많은 의사소통이 노출된다/

비언어적인 신호에 의해서

사람들은 때때로 이중적인 메시지를 보낸다/

메시지에는 그들의 말이 한가지를 의미한다/

하지만 그들의 몸짓은 정반대를 의미한다

그런 상황에서/

사람들이 누군가의 말을 확신하지 못할 때/

또는 그 사람을 반드시 신뢰하는 것은 아닐때/

사람들은 더 많은 신뢰를 둔다/

그들이 사람의 신체언어에서 보는것에/

그 말을 액면 그대로 수용하기 보다는

결과적으로, 사람들은 더 많은 가능성을 갖는다

서로를 오해하게 될/

e메일 메시지속에서 /

대화의 한 부분보다는/

직접 얼굴을 마주대하고 발생하는
